LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HOME AND GARAGE
Rhino Metals, Inc. offers to the original Purchaser a Limited Warranty, covering defects in workmanship and material for labor and parts. This warranty applies only to Rhino Metals, Inc. products located in the United States and Canada, purchased at an authorized Rhino Metals, Inc. dealer, and that have been used solely in residential applications. This warranty is for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase and is not assignable or transferable to any other person.
1. Rhino Metals, Inc. is not responsible for forgotten or lost codes/combinations, lost keys, dead or weak batteries, or improper opening procedures.
2. Any damage to the product as a result of destruction, misuse, tampering, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, modification,
unauthorized service or violation of the instructions furnished by Rhino Metals, Inc. will void this warranty.
3. The sole responsibility of Rhino Metals, Inc. shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of any component of the product
which fails to conform to this warranty at no cost to the Purchaser for a period of 1 year from the date of the original purchase.
4. In order to receive warranty support under this warranty, Purchaser must contact Rhino Metals, Inc. A Return Authorization must first be obtained
prior to returning any defective product to Rhino Metals, Inc.
5. Any product shipped to Rhino Metals, Inc. without prior Return Authorization may not be accepted. Rhino Metals, Inc. will not be responsible for
their disposition and/or cost of the return to the Purchaser.
6. Rhino Metals, Inc. will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. All returned products should include a copy of
the original invoice or proof of purchase for this warranty to be honored.
7. This warranty is not an insurance policy. Rhino Metals, Inc. is not responsible for damage or theft of the Purchaser's product or its contents.
8. Any implied warranties which the Purchaser may have are limited to the duration of the warranties described above. There are no further
warranties which extend or apply beyond the face hereof, and Rhino Metals, Inc. expressly disclaims and excludesany any and all warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to the Purchaser.
9. Repair or replacement shall be the sole remedy for the Purchaser under this warranty. Rhino Metals, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental or consequential damages, losses or expense arising from the use or misuse of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the limitation may not apply to the Purchaser.
10. This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
This warranty is given in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, matters or merchantability, quality, or fitness for purpose. Rhino Metals, Inc. accepts no liability under any circumstances whatsoever, for any incidental or consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the product.
