REMOVE TROUBLESHOOTING CODE
Rhino Metals, Inc. has not and will never give out a troubleshooting code for a lock to anyone except the original owner! This includes law enforcement without a specific court order specifying Rhino Metals, Inc. complies to a specific case.
If you are concerned about the security of the troubleshooting code for your lock, you can request Rhino Metals, Inc. remove the troubleshooting code from our records. By making this request, Rhino Metals, Inc. will not be able to provide support service for your lock.
To request Rhino Metals, Inc. remove the troubleshooting code for your lock from our records, click Remove Troubleshooting Code. Complete the Claim Ticket information and submit which will open a case with our Technical Support Department. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a valid photo identification - - NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will receive an email confirming your request and that the troubleshooting code for your lock has been removed. If any further information is needed, our Techinical Support Department will contact you.
Again, the troubleshooting code for any lock is retained by Rhino Metals, Inc. to help in the event of a lock out, lock issue, or emergency. By removing the troubleshooting code for a lock from our records, Rhino Metals, Inc. will not be able to provide support service for that lock.
All other product warranties will remain as stated in the Owner's Manual.
