Shipping Terms and Return Policy

TERMS OF SHIPPING: Safes, Tool chests, and Furniture

Standard shipping is via common carrier, curbside delivery*Signature required at time of delivery.  The Carrier will call to set up a 4-hour delivery window.  For custom product, the estimated delivery will be approximately 20 weeks from the date of order.  Certain models may be in stock and could ship faster.  Please call our Customer Service department to help estimate your delivery date. 

*Delivery is available to the contiguous United States.  For deliveries outside the contiguous US please call our Customer Service department for a quotation of shipping options.  Please allow additional lead time for deliveries outside the contiguous US.

***IMPORTANT***IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: You may either accept the product AS-IS, or refuse it and await a replacement shipment.  If you refuse it at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately of the damage and the return.  The common carrier will return the product to Rhino Metals free of charge.  If you desire, we will ship a replacement. There will be no cost to you.

If you accept the product AS-IS, you are accepting the damage to the product and releasing the carrier of liability.  By noting damage on the Delivery Receipt, you would be eligible to file a claim against the carrier for the damages.  Rhino Metals will not refund a portion of your purchase price for damages incurred in transit.  If the product is accepted without damage notated, you lose all claims to the damage and you will not be eligible to return the product at a later date for damage without incurring additional charges for the return freight, handling, and restocking. 


We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your items(s) for an exchange or refund of the purchase price within 45 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to any Rhino Metals’ products. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept returns only on products purchased directly through Rhino Metals via phone, sponsored event, or our websites:, and  All product must be unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging. 

A refund for the price of the product less the restocking fee, original, and return shipping costs will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.  If your original form of payment is no longer active, we will send a check within 30 days.  All items must be postmarked (for parcel) or tendered (for freight items) within 45 days from the original date of shipment.

No refunds will be given on product returned after 45 days of the original date of shipment. Certain product categories may have different return policies.  Please review the Shipping Terms and Returns section for your product type.

An original receipt or packing slip is required to complete your return.  Custom color and trim combinations are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information.


Standard shipping for Apparel and Accessories is via USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL or similar.  Estimated delivery time will be approximately 10 business days from receipt of order.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Apparel or Accessory product, please contact Customer Service for a replacement or refund of your purchase.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
